I just received my 3 in 1 foam cutter and all I can say is WOW!! After years of carving foam with bread knives, razor blades, electric and hot knives with varying forms of success, your product is going to open up a brand new world for me!!! I live in a small town in Florida, USA, where shopping for art/craft/hobby supplies is practically nonexistent. I was so thrilled to find you on the internet and ordered through Walmart.com. I'm this happy now and I've only tried using the hot wire so far!!!! I can't imagine the fun and challenge of learning a new way to bring my visions to life! Thank you so much!! I'll comment again when I've used it more and leave a picture of one of my creations. Take care????

I received this product last evening and upon opening found no heating wire, bow hot blade or pen. I am attempting to cut 5 inch foam and this is useless to me.
